Precipitation Update

Post 3 of 6

Precipitation is a major factor in foundation performance.  Too much precipitation in expansive soils can result in a variety of problems such as foundation or basement wall heave issues.  Too little precipitation can cause foundation settlement issues to worsen dramatically.  In an effort to keep our customers informed, we are posting year to date precipitation surplus/deficit totals for select cities in our service area.  This information will be updated monthly.  If you would like your city to be added to our chart, please CONTACT US.
